The Blackfoot Confederacy and Theda NewBreast’s family were hurt by historical traumas and alcohol abuse. So much language, ceremony lost for a while. Blackfeet are now re-claiming and capturing their spirit, their soul, their children, ceremonies, language. This short doc film is dedicated to Theda’s mother who is now 75 years old.
